MIA STEADMAN
Mia is a Tallahassee local who has always had a passion for staying active. She’s always loved creating content and anything that has to do with social media which makes her the perfect social media and marketing manager for us here at The Soc! Like what you're seeing on our socials? Mia’s the one behind it! She is also our studio manager and an instructor.

What is The Soc! to you? Not only is this studio my creative outlet, but it is also my escape. Never in one million years did I think that I would find a job I love in its entirety but here I am! It is an honor to play a part in building one of the most amazing communities here in Tallahassee all while working alongside those who are like my second family. Plus, providing others with their own little 45 minute escape where they can feel their best while surrounded by the best people… there truly is nothing better!
What is your favorite part about teaching? There is no better feeling than watching a room full of people push to be their best selves for 45 minutes straight. Knowing I get to play a part in helping others find that feeling is unbeatable.
What are you doing when you’re not teaching? If i’m not working in the studio or takin another instructors class, you can almost always find me somewhere along 30A! (and if I'm not there, I'm probably in a local coffee shop dropping in school work)

ELIZABETH BROOKS
EMILY LOCKARD
Emily is a life long lover of Tallahassee and of fitness. As a volleyball player since she was a young child, she has always had a love for team sports, getting sweaty, and encouraging others. Her goal as a fitness instructor is for her clients to leave feeling happier and stronger than when they walk in the door.

What is The Soc! to you? Society is my happy place! Then I am not teaching, I am thinking about my girls, planning out workouts and creating playlists to get them hyped and inspired.
What is your favorite part about teaching? It’s and endorphin rush like no other! For 45 minutes, I get the privilege to uplift and encourage other women and help them feel strong and beautiful. What's better than that?
What are you doing when you’re not teaching? When I’m not at TheSoc!, you can find me at HCES doing all of the things, walking or running through midtown, pulling weeds in my front yard, or mooching off my friends beach houses.
What is playing in your headphones right now? I don’t have headphones, I just make my family listen to my Society playlists throughout the house or in the car constantly. I’m alllll over the place with my music loves - every decade, every genre of music, but my current obsession on repeat is RAYE. If you haven't listened to her new album, you must. Or come to my class and you'll hear her;)

What is TheSoc! to you? My happy place!! No seriously, what a joy to do what you love and share it with others!
What is your favorite part about teaching? The clients!! Building relationships with clients and becoming a part of their routine and growth is such a honor!
What are you doing when you’re not teaching? Spending time with family and friends, reading, logistics sales, at the beach, on a walk, or traveling!

REBECCA BOHANNON
LEIGH WOOD
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Leigh spent her younger years as a competitive cheerleader before discovering her passion for group fitness. She loves the energy, community, and confidence that comes from moving together, and is passionate about helping others feel strong and empowered in every class!

What is TheSoc! to you? TheSoc! is truly my happy place. It’s somewhere that people of all walks of life can come together not only for fitness but for a community as well.
What is your favorite part about teaching? Watching members get stronger each and every class and connecting with all of them!
What are you doing when you’re not teaching? Hanging out with family and friends outside!

What is TheSoc! to you? TheSoc! is always the place for me to come in any mood I am in, whether it be good or bad, and know I am going to walk out with a smile on my face no matter what. It is a space where everyone uplifts one another to be better not only physically but emotionally. It is a community that truly becomes family.
What is your favorite part about teaching? Connecting with members on a personal level and pushing them to do moves out of their comfort zones.
What are you doing when you’re not teaching? Spending time with my kids and husband, or horseback riding at our family cabin in Tennessee.

What is TheSoc! to you? A happy, safe space! I found Society and immediately fell in love with the energy and environment. I feel 100% myself when I walk in those doors. TheSoc! bring out my confidence!
What is your favorite part about teaching? I love the energy it brings to me as an instructor. Everything from the music, client interaction or the natural adrenaline rush! Teaching fills my should and is my true escape from the outside world!
What are you doing when you’re not teaching? I teach 3rd grade during the school year and over the summer I love spending time at the beach or on the boat with my favorite people!
