What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a water and small towel. Grip socks are not necessary but are welcome. We are a no shoe zone.

How do I book a class?

All classes can be booked here on our website or through the Momence App. You do have to sign up for class before you take the class.

Is there a cancellation or no show charge?

Yes, we do have a cancellation charge of $8 if cancelled within 3 hours of class. We also have a no show charge of $10.

Can I pause or cancel my membership

Memberships may be paused or cancelled 8 weeks after start date, following this you must provide 7 days notice to pause or cancel your membership. Please email studio@thesocietywellness.com to arrange this.

How can I buy retail / supplements

All retail and supplements can be found on Shop The Edit tab found on our website or through the momence app.

Society Stream - Live Classes

Society Stream cllients are able to join our sessions virtually via zoom. These sessions are booked like all other sessions, just look for the stream option on our booking platform. You will receive an email from Society with a Zoom link 30 minutes prior to the start of practice.

*All zoom sessions are included in the auto memberships.
