How to keep track.
We will have your love letter punch cards printed out in the Studio Monday morning. Please grab a card, fill it out with your info and have your intstructor give it a punch once you have completed a class. We will keep these cards hanging in the studio for the challenge period.
Weekly Themes
Week 1 – Takeoff: Boost Your Circulation
Just like the thrill of takeoff, this week is about jump-starting your energy. Your body craves circulation, sweat, and momentum. We’re leaving the runway strong. Classes this week focus on boosting blood flow, stimulating lymphatic drainage, and waking up every muscle. Think sculpt, cardio bursts, and energizing flows that set the tone for the journey ahead.
Week 2 – In-Flight: Stretch & Decompress
This week is your in-flight reset. Time to un-cramp and create space. Week two highlights recovery, posture work, and stretch-based sculpt. With foam rolling, mobility flows, and intentional breathwork, you’ll find balance and ease. This is the part of the journey where you relax, sip water, and reset your body clock.
Week 3 – Arrival: Reset Your Rhythm
Touchdown energy. Arrival means shaking off jet lag and syncing back into your natural rhythm. Week three is about strength, alignment, and consistency. These classes reset your internal clock with grounding, core-focused sculpt and rhythmic flows that realign your posture and energy. You’ll notice stamina building, your glow becoming more obvious, and your reset turning into results.
Week 4 – Layover Luxe: Hydrate & Glow
Not all layovers are wasted time — this one is about self-care and indulgence. In our final week, we slow down and soak it all in. Classes pair movement with mindful recovery and glow rituals — think lymphatic flow, stretching, and low-impact sculpt. You’ll finish the challenge hydrated, glowing, and upgraded to first class energy. The journey doesn’t stop here — it’s just your next departure point.
Week 5 — Final Boarding Call (last 5 days)
The last push before landing. Stamp those passports and complete your 20 classes — this is where commitment pays off. Show up, double down, and land in your glow.
